Driver Intelligence Report

What Drivers
Are Reporting

Every submission to Big Rig Nation is reviewed personally by Patrick and Rita. This page shows the categories of issues drivers are self-reporting — in aggregate only. No carrier names. No driver names. No accusations.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All data on this page reflects what drivers have self-reported in their own submissions. Big Rig Nation makes no independent verification of these reports and draws no legal conclusions about any carrier, employer, or individual. This page presents aggregate statistics only — no names, no identifying information, and no factual findings about any specific party. Nothing here constitutes a legal claim or accusation.

What This Data Represents

Every number on this page represents a driver who trusted Big Rig Nation enough to submit documentation about a situation they experienced. The categories are self-selected by the driver — they are not verified findings, legal conclusions, or accusations against any party.

Big Rig Nation uses this aggregate data for one purpose: to understand the scope of the issues drivers face and to direct our advocacy, education, and regulatory outreach accordingly. When we see a pattern in the data, we respond with educational content, regulatory referrals, and public awareness — never with accusations against unnamed parties.

Individual submissions are confidential. Nothing about any specific driver or any specific situation is published without explicit written consent from the driver involved.

How We Use It

🔒
Privacy

⚖️
No Accusations
We never name carriers or make legal claims based on unverified submissions.

Driver Education

Recognize the Issues.
Know Your Rights.

The issues drivers are reporting are not inevitable. Most have legal remedies under federal law — FMCSA Truth in Leasing regulations, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Surface Transportation Assistance Act, and state labor codes. Big Rig Nation's blog covers each of these in plain language.

LEGAL NOTICE: The data presented on this page consists entirely of aggregate statistics derived from driver-submitted documentation. Big Rig Nation does not independently verify the accuracy of individual submissions. No carrier, employer, or individual is named, identified, or accused on this page. The categories shown reflect how drivers self-classified their own situations. This page does not constitute legal advice, a legal finding, or a statement of fact about any party. Big Rig Nation is a driver advocacy platform, not a law firm. Drivers seeking legal advice should consult a licensed attorney in their state.
