TERMS OF SERVICE &
SUBMISSION AGREEMENT

By creating an account, joining as a member, or submitting any document, report, or information through Big Rig Nation ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Submission Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not submit information or use the Platform's submission features. These terms apply to all users, whether free visitors, registered members, or paid subscribers.

Big Rig Nation is a driver advocacy platform dedicated to exposing predatory carrier practices, educating professional truck drivers about their rights, and building a public record of industry accountability. We are not a law firm, and nothing on this Platform constitutes legal advice. Patrick and the Big Rig Nation team are advocates and researchers, not attorneys. If you need legal representation, please consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

When you submit a document, report, account, or any other information through this Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) The information you provide is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge; (b) You are not knowingly submitting false, misleading, or fabricated information about any individual, company, or organization; (c) You understand that submitting false information about a carrier, employer, or individual could constitute defamation and may expose you to civil or criminal liability; (d) Big Rig Nation is relying on your representations of accuracy when deciding whether to investigate, publish, or act on your submission. You accept full legal responsibility for the accuracy of what you submit. Big Rig Nation does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content and is not liable for claims arising from inaccurate submissions.

By submitting information to Big Rig Nation, you represent that: (a) You are not violating any valid, enforceable non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or confidentiality clause by submitting the information; (b) You have the legal right to share the documents, records, or information you are submitting; (c) If you are uncertain whether you are bound by a confidentiality agreement, you should consult an attorney before submitting. Big Rig Nation does not encourage or assist in the breach of valid legal agreements. If you believe a confidentiality clause you signed is itself an illegal attempt to suppress safety information or evidence of wrongdoing, we encourage you to consult an attorney about whistleblower protections that may apply to your situation.

Big Rig Nation clearly distinguishes between: (a) DRIVER ACCOUNTS — Information submitted by drivers and published as personal accounts or testimonials. These represent the individual driver's experience and perspective. Big Rig Nation does not independently verify every detail of driver accounts. (b) BIG RIG NATION VERIFIED — Findings that Big Rig Nation has independently investigated, corroborated with multiple sources, reviewed documentation for, or otherwise verified through our own research process. You understand that your submission may be published as a driver account and labeled as such. You consent to Big Rig Nation publishing your account (in whole or in part, with or without your name at your request) for advocacy, educational, and public interest purposes.

By submitting information to Big Rig Nation, you grant Big Rig Nation a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, publish, reproduce, distribute, and display your submission (including any documents, photos, or records you upload) for advocacy, educational, journalistic, and public interest purposes. You retain ownership of your original content. Big Rig Nation will not sell your submission to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to driver advocacy.

Big Rig Nation provides this Platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) Big Rig Nation is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or your submission of information; (b) Big Rig Nation is not liable for any legal action taken against you by a carrier, employer, or individual as a result of your submission; (c) Big Rig Nation does not guarantee any specific outcome from your submission, including investigation, publication, legal action, or resolution of your situation. Your use of this Platform is at your own risk.

Big Rig Nation takes the confidentiality of drivers seriously. We will not voluntarily disclose your identity to carriers, employers, or third parties without your consent, except as required by law (such as a valid court order or subpoena). If you request anonymity, we will make reasonable efforts to protect your identity when publishing your account. However, we cannot guarantee complete anonymity in all circumstances, particularly if legal proceedings require disclosure. Your contact information is used solely to follow up on your submission and will not be sold or shared for marketing purposes.

You may not submit: (a) Information you know to be false or fabricated; (b) Content intended to harass, defame, or harm a specific individual without factual basis; (c) Information obtained through illegal means (e.g., unauthorized access to computer systems); (d) Content that violates the intellectual property rights of others; (e) Spam, advertisements, or content unrelated to driver advocacy. Big Rig Nation reserves the right to reject, remove, or decline to act on any submission at our sole discretion.

Big Rig Nation may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify registered members and require re-acceptance of the updated terms before further submissions are accepted. Continued use of the Platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Big Rig Nation operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
